- 4月13日朝ごはんは、バジルソースのトースト！自分でパン焼いて、自分でバジルソースをぬった。当たり前かもしれないけど、僕の中では大きな一歩。ふとテレビを見ると、ゲゲゲの鬼太郎の過去の作品「おばけナイター」が流れていた。途中からだったんだけど、たぶん、名作。Wikipediaでストーリーを調べてしまった。すんごい物語だった。もう一回、ちゃんと見る機会をもらいたい。よっしゃあ、娘のピアノ教室へ！発表会を2週間後に控え、今週から僕も連弾部分に参加。先週僕の番くるかなと思っててこなかったから、結構、緊張してました。でも、ここまででやれるだけのことはやった。先生に今のグラップラーを見てもらうしかない。いざ、弾く。竹内まりやの「いのちの歌」。大丈夫、落ち着いてやろう。うん、思いの外、上手くいった！先生からも、さすが、ベテランですね！と今回3回目の参加となる僕を褒めていただいた。ただもちろん、課題も増える。それは、、、ペダルを踏む。これ。むずい！ペダルに意識がいくと、弾くことが出来なくなる。中断してしまう。こりゃ、だめだ！ということで、また練習をしていこう。最高の演奏？いや、僕なりの演奏を目指していこうと思う。お昼ごはんは、モスバーガー！迷ったらロースカツだなあ。ポテトは嬉しいLだなあ。外は雨。家で子どもたちと過ごす。桜花賞も稍重の馬場。混戦模様だったけど、良いレースでした。来週は皐月賞。G1レースが続く。モスバーガーの景品の輪っか投げ。ゆびではじこうの部分、思うように作れず。 そんな中、たまたまテレビつけたら、孤独のグルメの久住さんが、たぶん、単独で番組をやられてた。最後のちょっとしか見れなくて、「おばけナイター」同様、今度はゆっくり見たい！そして晩ご飯は、野菜炒めに、ぎょうざの満州のぎょうざ！美味しかったあ。3割うまい！今週もよろしくお願いします！

- 休日なのに、珍しく二度寝して遅く起きた。なんとなく動作がゆっくり。息子の様子が、どこかいつもと違う。念の為、熱をはかる。37.0℃。「熱ある？」と息子。「あきらかな発熱じゃないけど、このあと熱が上がるかも。」と私。いつも朝から動き回る息子が、今日はいつまでも布団の中でゴロゴロしている。こりゃ、怪しいな。1時間後。もう一度熱をはかる。38.5℃。「はい、ビンゴ。発熱。」「インフルエンザ？」「手や足は痛い？」「どこも痛く無い。」「んー。じゃあ、ただの風邪かなぁ？」心当たりを探ってみる。そういえば火曜日に「頭が熱い」って言ってたな。大量の教科書を持ち帰ってきたから、（ランドセルが肩に食い込んで頭が痛いのかも？）と思っていたけど。あの時、感染していたのかな？だとすると、感染から発症まで5日。インフルエンザではなさそう。コロナにしろ、インフルエンザにしろ、熱が出た当日は病院で検査はしてもらえない。「今日はお家でゆっくり寝てよう。明日になっても熱が下がらなかったら、病院に行こう。」「うん。」発熱。微かな喉の痛み。それ以外に目立つ症状はなし。水分を摂らせ、とにかく寝かせる。息子が小さかった頃は、夜中に何度も目を覚ますときは、具合が悪くなる前兆。だったけど。今は朝なかなか起きない。または二度寝する。動作が緩慢になり、口数が少ない。それが具合が悪くなる前兆。子どもの微かな変化に敏感になるって、親あるあるなんだろうな。いつまで、子どもの微かな変化に気づくだろう。ソメイヨシノは散ってしまったけど、八重桜が見頃だよ〜♪

- 4月12日朝、お仕事へ！羽田空港で終わり。続いて、家に帰って、 息子のサッカー教室へ。今日もドリブル練習に試合にと、ボールを追いかけて。サッカーと言えば、最近、前園さんのYouTubeチャンネルをよく見る。タイトルは、「おじさんだけど、遊んでもいいですか？」。前園さんのトーク術が勉強になる。 山下世代としてはゾノはラ王のイメージだけど、そこからは完全に脱却している。いつかカズも出てほしいな。 昼ごはんは、 ミートソースパスタ！ミートソースご飯ってのも、いけるよ！この前食べて、実証済み！再び、 お仕事へ！またまた羽田空港へ。 いきなりだけど、 ベスト広告大賞決定！八重洲線が4/5に長期通行止めになったのをお知らせした、このポスター。完璧でしょう。ポスターの前で、1分くらい足止めちゃった。八重洲線がちゃんと、「と」の形になってるのも、驚いた。 2025年上半期、グラップラー的ベスト広告大賞です！夜、仕事を終えて。子どもたちのもとへ。 夜の公園で、短距離走記録会を実施。 グラップラーは、20秒を切るか切らないかをさまよう。おつかれ！で、くら寿司！いや、グラ寿司！！びっくらポン！ 帰って、アド街をちらっと見る。今週も、アド街百景でイノッチの曲「あの街 この街」が流れていた。二重橋前の風景にも馴染んでいた。ゲストのミッツマングローブさんが、果たして新宿2丁目にもこの曲合うかしら？ なんて言っていたけど、それも含めて見てみたい。 本当、名曲！
